In-Town Fall Soccer
The Rockport Youth Soccer In-Town Program is a team-oriented soccer program for younger players attending 1st through 4th grade. All practices and games are held at Evans Field. This is a fun and recreational season focused on instilling a love of the game and foster a long-term interest in soccer!

Teams
Teams are co-ed and broken down into 2 age groups as follows:
- Grades 1 & 2 are G2.
- Grades 3 & 4 are G4.
G2 Teams play 4 v 4 ( no goal keeper)
G4 Teams play 5 v 5 plus a goal keeper
Equipment
Team Jerseys – Provided by Rockport Youth Soccer
Shin Guards (covered by socks) are mandatory at all practices and games
Soccer Cleats
Water bottle – labeled with child’s name.
ABSOLUTELY NO JEWELRY ALLOWED!
Season
8 games are played each season. The first 7 are played on Saturdays at Evans Field. The first game will begin the Saturday after Labor Day. There will be no soccer Columbus Day weekend. The final game of the season is played in the evening “Under the Lights”.
Practices
Scheduled once or twice per week including an instructional session with coaches from the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA). Practices are scheduled for 60 minutes.
Coaches
